Welcome to Patricia Pilates. My personal experience and life long journey with Pilates began after having my second child where I felt my body needed something more to help me get back into shape. Pilates provided me with the answer, I was able to build up strength while still being gentle to my body.

After many years practicing Pilates I decided I wanted to provide the benefits of Pilates to others. Training with Allison Swan at Pilates Matwork Training I qualified as a Pilates Practitioner teaching matwork classes to groups, one to ones, online and in person.

For me, Pilates is about creating whole body wellness and in the words of Jospeh Pilates:

'If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old; if it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.'

Classes

One to one sessions:
These sessions are tailored to your specific needs.
• 1 session: £55
• 5 sessions: £260
• 10 sessions: £500

Semi-Private Sessions:
Great for those looking for the balance between individual attention with that social aspect.
• 2 people: £25pp per session, £225pp for 10 sessions
• 3 people: £20pp per session, £180pp for 10 sessions

For private groups keep get in contact to discuss.

Group Classes

All classes are 50 minutes

Beginner Class:
These classes introduce the foundations of Pilates and work well for those new to pilates.

General Class:
These classes are focused on the fundamentals of Pilates and are designed for a mixed ability group.

Intermediate Class:
These classes continue to focus on the fundamentals of Pilates with a slightly more dynamic flow and repertoire. For those who feel confident with Pilates.
